WHERE TO AND HOW MUCH?
An additional rate of R70 will be charged per parcel for courier depending on the address. If you live in a remote area increased costs may occur.

DELIVERY TIME FRAME
Purchases are only shipped once payment has been made in full. When your parcel is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email from the Karmi Essentials team with your tracking number. Once you have received this mail, please allow 3 to 5 working days for shipping.

Although we endeavor to get your purchases shipped in the allocated time-frame, there are occasional exceptions. During sale periods and the holidays, we can experience higher than normal volumes of sales and as a local business with a small team, it is not always possible to guarantee the above time-frame. Please understand that delivery may take longer if this occurs.

WHAT KIND OF ADDRESS DO YOU NEED?
Please note that we can’t deliver to a Postal Box and thus a physical address is necessary for shipping within South Africa. Please provide detailed and correct contact information, Karmi Essentials will not be held responsible for extra costs should a product be returned to us due to incorrect delivery information.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For all you international Beauties, please allow for 2-3 working days for the processing of your order. We offer door to door courier service – please contact us for a quote. This service takes approximately 4-7 working days, and starts at $30.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please note: The buyer is responsible for any duties and/or customs fees that may be incurred by the country of destination.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORTS
You may be liable for customs and import duties, quotas, permits, product restrictions and/or other local requirements. Customs policies vary widely from state to state and country to country, so be sure to investigate before placing an order, as we can’t be held liable for any extra charges.
